Integral Yoga

Integral Yoga is a path of consciousness that merges the practice of breathing (pranayamas) with postures ( asanas) to promote the well-being of the whole organism.

Combines Hatha Yoga (body), Raja Yoga (mind), Bhakti Yoga (devotion), Karma Yoga (action), Jnana Yoga (wisdom), and Dhyana Yoga (meditation).

In this type of Yoga it is not about reaching physical perfection but self-realization (shamadi)

It is a complete practice that integrates body, mind, heart and spirit so that each movement becomes consciousness; every breath, presence and every instant, an act of love.

It is a contemporary yoga, adapted to the modern human being, without losing the traditional essence.

Yoga for Pregnant Women

Prenatal Yoga is a multifaceted approach to exercise adapted to the pregnant woman that stimulates stretching, balance, concentration, blood circulation and localized breathing.

With practice, the mother manages to reduce anxiety, stress and frequent cortisol spikes in pregnancy.

It also helps to keep the body in shape, strengthen the pelvic floor, and prepare the muscles needed for labor.

In addition, resonance and empathy with other pregnant women creates emotional bonds.
